Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery then takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (where available) takes 2–4 business days.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this amount.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with our courier partner and ensure a resolution — either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy, but only if you receive a damaged, broken, or wrong product. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you'll be notified via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if you receive a damaged, broken, or wrong product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind, size issues, or dislike of the product.

Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality, skin-friendly materials including premium anti-tarnish alloy, 18K gold-plated brass, and sterling silver bases. All pieces are hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free — safe for daily wear.
Our anti-tarnish pieces are designed to resist tarnishing and light moisture. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, sweat, swimming pools, and saltwater to maintain the finish and longevity of your jewelry.

With proper care, our anti-tarnish plating can last 1–3 years with daily wear. The longevity depends on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow care instructions. Avoiding moisture and chemicals significantly extends the life of your piece.
