Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy only if the customer receives a damaged, broken, or wrong product. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reason.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for quick assistance.
